Proof of learning.

Taqyeem connects every course, assessment and review to the outcomes your programs promise, so you can show what students actually learned, every term, not only in accreditation year.

From one section’s marks to the whole institution.

Faculty upload each section’s marks once. Taqyeem shows how the students did on each course learning outcome (CLO): something a course should teach. It carries those results into the program learning outcomes (PLOs): what every graduate should be able to do. Then it puts every program side by side, every term.

One term, start to finish.

Taqyeem follows the steps your institution already takes each term. Set up courses once. Faculty report on their sections. A reviewer reads every report. Then everyone sees the results and what needs attention.

  1. Set up programs and courses

Add your colleges, departments and programs. Write down what each course should teach (its CLOs) and what each program should teach (its PLOs). Then click a grid to link each CLO to the PLOs it supports, as a High, Medium or Low link. Changes stay in a draft until you publish them as a new version, and one list shows the courses that still need links.

  2. Get the term ready

Add the courses taught this term, their sections and their teachers. When programs share a course, each adds its own list of students to it. A checklist shows what is still missing. Teachers see a section as soon as they are assigned to it.

  3. Faculty report on each section

Each teacher opens their section and answers a few questions about how the course went. They upload the marks spreadsheet (the assessment matrix) from the template, and Taqyeem works out the results for every CLO and for each program’s PLOs. They add a short reflection and send the report. The version they send is kept exactly as it was.

  4. Review and approval

Each report goes to a reviewer, who approves it or asks for changes with a comment. The teacher answers and sends it again. Every comment, answer and decision is kept. An approved report can be downloaded as a package that matches exactly what was approved. Semester overview shows which sections have sent their report and which have not.

  5. See results and act

Analytics shows two numbers for every outcome: the average score against its target, and how many student results reached that target. Beside them are how many reports came in on time and how long reviews took. Any number opens a page that shows how it was worked out. You are notified when sections miss the deadline, a review is late or a course is not linked to any PLO.

    Target 73 · 345 student results

    How this was calculated

    1. 1

Add up every student result for PLO 3, then divide by the number of results.

      24,515.30 ÷ 345 = 71.06

71.0588… is less than 73, so it is below target.

    2. 2

Everyone starts on their own work.

Each person sees only the pages their job needs, in one menu with one search box. Administrators make the roles and choose where each one applies: a college, a department, a program or a course. Being assigned to teach a section is enough to open it. A role lent for a set time ends on its own.

Results you can stand behind.

Reviewers and accreditors will ask where a number came from. Taqyeem keeps the answer as the work happens.

  • Your institution’s data stays yours

Every person, report, file and number belongs to your institution. The database itself refuses to mix it with another institution’s, and no page shows anyone else’s data.

  • Every change is recorded

Changes to programs, courses, terms, people and settings are kept with who made them and when. Auditors can read this record but cannot change it.

  • Every number shows its working

Open any outcome figure to see the sum behind it in words and numbers, what was counted, what was left out, and the sections it came from.

  • Sent reports stay as sent

A sent report is kept exactly as it was. Comments, answers and approvals are added beside it, never written over it.

  • Access follows the job

People get only the roles they need, for the places they work. A lent role ends on the date set, and teaching a section opens only that section.

  • Small groups stay private

When a group has fewer students than your institution allows, Taqyeem hides its results instead of showing them.

Questions people ask.

What does a teacher do each term?
Open each section you teach. Answer a few questions about how the course went. Upload the marks spreadsheet from the template. Check the results, write a short reflection and send the report. Your work is saved as you go, and any reviewer comments come back to the same report.
How are the results worked out?
The marks spreadsheet gives each student a score for each CLO. Each PLO then combines the scores of the CLOs linked to it, counting a High link more than a Low one. Every figure shows the average against the target and how many results reached it, and you can open the full working.
Can two programs share one course?
Yes. The course belongs to one department and is taught once each term. Each program that uses it adds its own list of students. The teacher writes one report, and Taqyeem shows the results separately for each program’s students.
What happens after a report is approved?
The approved report stays in its history with the reviewer’s decision. People who are allowed can download it as a PDF, along with the teacher’s reflection and a package that matches exactly what was approved.
Who can see each student’s results?
Only people whose role allows it. Most people see totals and averages, and results for very small groups are hidden.
